As you drive down the tree lined entry, you're struck by the towering East Texas Pine Trees. The ranch headquarters is situated by a picturesque lake, complete with dock and fish. The main home is a gracious red brick center hall Colonial, complete with a White Columned Entry. The rooms are large and comfortable with great views and large screened porches but is in need of a refresh. For convenience sake, there's a 4 stall horse barn, complete with turnouts, located close by.

Not just a pretty face, Blackacre is a working ranch. Both cattlemen and riders will appreciate the fenced and crossfenced Coastal Bermuda Pastures with ponds scattered throughout. The rolling topography and sandy loam soil is perfect for both hours of horseback riding enjoyment and raising fat cattle. The lighted arena is perfect for Ropers, Team Penners,as well as Dressage Riders and Hunter Jumpers. An elevated Judges Booth and another horse barn make Blackacre a great ranch for all types of equestrian activities.

The numerous ponds scattered throughout the ranch are perfect for an afternoon of Fishing or a day of Duck or Dove Hunting. In addition, the ranch is home to Deer,Fox,Turkey and numerous other wildlife. The northern half of the ranch, planted in Plantation Pine not only offers an additional income stream for the ranch but is a great hunting area, as well. Rounding out Blackacre Ranch is a very nice guest home or rental property, a Ranch Manager's home and cattle working pens.
